Tombs & Treachery

Tombs & Treachery is a fantasy tabletop role playing game inspired by numerous old school renaissance systems such as The Black Hack, Old-School Essentials, and Microlite20: Purest Essence. It features four races, eight classes, fifty-eight abilities, two-hundred spells, twenty-four opponents, twenty-six magic items, guidelines for generating custom content, and more. Rules are light and simple with character creation and gameplay taking up only five of the documents thirty-six pages. Newcomers can learn the system in minutes, and experienced tabletop players will feel right at home with familiar gameplay.

Each two-page spread has been carefully designed to minimize page flipping. Character creation fits on one spread, combat rules fit on a single page, and the quick reference at end of the document contains a summary of most gameplay procedures. Explanations are short and efficient, making finding the information you need easy.
